  3. Dip the chicken in the butter FIRST, then into the flour..
  4. Pour salt & pepper over the chicken, and throw in the frying pan. And cook until crisped all the way, or to a golden brown. ( as the chicken is cooking, you can throw more flour on it while cookin to keep it crispy, thats what i do to keep mine like it is.),.
