  3. Combine 2tb cornflour and 4tb all purpose flour in a bowl and add it to the chicken.
  4. Coat the chicken well with the flour mix.
  5. Deep/shallow fry in batches till both sides are slightly brown and crisp (shallow frying may take more time for this process).
  6. Rest the fried chicken aside.
  7. Make a thin paste of 2tb cornflour and water.
  8. Heat sesame oil in a wok.
  9. Add ginger garlic paste Saut for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Add orange juice,zest,sugar and salt. Mix well.
  11. Add soy sauce and fried chicken.
  12. Cook on Low heat till the gravy thickens to the desired consistency.
  13. Take off heat and garnish with white sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
  14. Serve hot with plain rice and sauted/grilled veggies.
